375 ml of MadHouse Peppermint Vinegar

First we make a peppermint wine using broken candy canes as the base sugar and then take it through a secondary fermentation converting the alcohol into a peppermint acid bomb.  Smooth on the palate, balanced acid and a nice peppermint finish.

Perfect for: Shrubs, Cocktails, Drinking Vinegar, Vinaigrettes, Sweet & sour sauces
