Oftentimes, we find that very simple food brings us the most joy. This traditional French snack feels fancy, but only takes a few minutes to make. Crunchy and creamy, with a touch of salty smoke, allows you to enjoy the freshness of springtime in each little bite.

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch Fresh radishes
Soft butter
1 packet of Carriage House Farm smoked ramp salt

(Items available online are linked and items available seasonably at our farm store are italicized)

DIRECTIONS

Remove the leaves of fresh radishes and scrub the roots. Cut radishes in half.

Smear a dollop of butter on each radish half

Sprinkle liberally with Carriage House Farm smoked ramp salt
