Summer Herb Blend Chip Dip
We gave you some options for things to dip in this concoction in the picture above. Those are the chips we had, but, man, would it be good on classic Grippo’s. Also, though we have not tested this theory, we think it might be a lovely chicken wing dip.
We plan to test that theory soon. Very soon.
Ingredients
8 oz sour cream
2 TBSP CHF Summer Blend Herb Mix
2 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP dark malt vinegar (We used MadHouse Vinegar’s Dark Malt)
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend, or whisk by hand in a mixing bowl.
Salt to taste. Serve with chips, crackers, and veggies.
